Occasional spots of light foxing in text but mostly clean. Boards damp stained towards bottom. Top and bottom of spine chipped and rubbed. Tear of approx1.5cm at rear edge of top of spine and tear of approx 0.5cm at front edge at top of spine. Corners rubbed. EXCEPTIONALLY RARE GENEALOGICAL TITLE. |
